Who would of thought? Politics have me in agreement with some East guys rather than you. Calling East US, where are you 😉

You haven't had enough of the Chicago politicians yet? You realize with Hillary it's more of the same:

CHICAGO Hillary Rodham Clinton chose her hometown for the first public forum during a nationwide tour to promote her new book. And she shared the stage with an old friend, Mayor Rahm Emanuel.

Heck, on second thought, throw em all out and start over.
I've had more than enough Chicago, DC, NY, CA, etc. politics. I've also grown tried of 60 straight years of having the national debt increase to a level greater than the annual GDP. I've grown tired of a nanny state telling us the kinds of toilets and light bulbs I can use in my home. I've grown tired of a government that spies on private, law abiding citizens. I've grown tired politicians ignoring the limits of power the Constitution and the people constrained them with. And I've grown tired of these things happening no matter which party has control of any of the three branches of government.

I'm not agreeing with you just because you are a Westie, especially on the nanny state. Tell that Bloomberg guy to mind his own business.

When are you moving to Guatemala?

Sounds pretty bleak.

Forty years ago we had a presidential abuse of authority and he resigned as a result. Twenty years ago we impeached a president for violating his oath of office and lying to federal investigators, but the Senate refused to remove him. Now we have a president who repeatedly abused the powers of his office by ignoring the Constitutional separation of powers, and the house will likely be impotent to do anything about it.

Seems to be a trend here. What abuses of power will a president, regardless of party, twenty or forty years from now be able to get away with?

Your bleak forecast doesn't envision a presidency twenty years from now. Do they have Starbucks in Guatemala?

Not when it come to pilot seniority integration methodology.
Sure I am. Slow, gradual, incremental improvement. You must be thinking of quantum physics.

Chile and New Zealand are not out of the question. We have more ExPats denouncing now than at any time in the nation's history. If Texas or another regional group decides to break free from the Union, that would be a good option too.

Terrible idea, I don't want to have to clear customs at DFW.

If Texas secedes, I bet Austin secedes from Texas.
