You should meet Tim WeAA. He is a very nice guy working on behalf of the membership, very smart and union savvy.

He has worked against the members not for them. Hence why he has lost every District and International election that he had ran in, so the members have clearly spoken hen over 70% turnout in the last District election.

And what have you done that has been positive for the membership? You wre APPOINTED to the NC and ushered in concessions then left.

Josh

You are. It even worth a reply if you are constantly going to lie about the U.S. chapter 11 and the contract being abrogated and no agreement ever reached.

And I have been elected to numerous positions and no One was elected to the NC.

Tim would have been a more effective negotiator and if you had actually reached an agreement rather than face abrogation you would have likely given less in concessions.

Your (lack of) performance in the NC and the CBA you produced.

Are you truly that stupid?

We never reached a deal and the contract was abrogated.

Is that too hard for you to understand?

And I voted no and campaigned against the final offer the judge made us vote on.

So how many times are you going to lie about it?

Correct and by failing to reach an agreement you were an ineffective negotiator. Again why did you usher in concessions and then bounce? Are you too good to work under that agreement?

huh?, fussing about me isnt going to take the job blood off your hands. Look, you guys taking the money bait helped us, but the cost of agreeing with management to abolish dozens of stations in return is profane. Hopefully, you and other anti unionist will learn from the error of your ways.

we could only wish that someone that has gone through 2 bankruptcies would better understand the process and not use self interest terminology such as "agreeing" with management. I certainly understand your agenda by going on different forums and wailing against whatever union is dominant, but to try and make such a statement is really eye opening considering you can't make the case without yourself exposing the very rhetoric you're not too good at disguising. Nice try.

It takes two parties to reach an agreement.

And no union would agree to a 46% cut in the workforce.

Funny I don't see you criticizing amfa for not agreeing to that either.

And we gave the comany a full and complete offer that met the ask but not with the pension termination. They rejected it as they said "we don't want to manage people and it kept too many people on the payroll."

So once again don't let the facts get in you way.

in to give us raises (Tiny) and then we got more raises for exchanging the Profit sharing which YOU are now benefiting from because of what transpired.
Tim you've NEVER been in negotiations and you NEVER will be in negotiations because you will NEVER win an election. You have ZERO clue what you are talking about so stop trying to ride the high horse when you can't get a ladder long enough to get up there.
lol.
What isnt funny is how your station voted for the future pay increases and agreed to abolish dozens of stations. Disappointing indeed.

Funny how the truth gets in the way of your misinformed comments. In the BK process we were in, as you know, isn't really a negotiation as much as it is a matter of survival. The agreed to CBA did include closures to certain stations, but it also included an MOU with your airline that would open many of those stations again. It also included the saved jobs in others stations slated to close, plus cargo operations and we also were able to walk back cuts to benefits that would have affected all of the PT Members currently on payroll and int the future. You can try to pick your battles on rhetoric, but the truth in the situation will always trump that.

I realize you're used to controlling the flow of information by censoring the information shared, something you can't do in this particular forum but for which you're famous in doing in others. That clearly shows how you're not after the truth but you're just interested in spreading your particular form of misinformation. (and not well, for that matter)

You keep passing on the brotherhood carnage by pointing to bankruptcy. But a careful check reveals your argument as baseless since delta and usairways were in bankrupt as well. The reality is that you went for the money bait and future pay raises at the cost of jobs.

Moving forward, i hope the new leadership at mia has a better understanding than ur boy who lost his seat.

As opposed to being abrogated and letting the airline have much more of what they wanted? What, Tim, was the alternative than to safeguard what was possible as opposed to letting the CBA be gutted by the Creditors....Enlighten us, please.

But can't get elected, failed at starting his own "union" and only lays blame but give credible solutions.
