in to give us raises (Tiny) and then we got more raises for exchanging the Profit sharing which YOU are now benefiting from because of what transpired.
Tim you've NEVER been in negotiations and you NEVER will be in negotiations because you will NEVER win an election. You have ZERO clue what you are talking about so stop trying to ride the high horse when you can't get a ladder long enough to get up there.
lol.
What isnt funny is how your station voted for the future pay increases and agreed to abolish dozens of stations. Disappointing indeed.[/quote]

Selective memory there Timothy?

In 08 ramp at US voted for the money and to close the small stations.

In 05 ramp at US voted for mainline express which paid the outstations less than the hubs.

Don't let the facts get in your way.

I'll come work as an agent at MIA I'm bilingual and well versed in a third and become a dues objector but still engage the union. There are already dues objectors (USAIR) at PNS and MCO.
Josh
As a dues objector you are a non-member and can't engage the union on anything. You can't vote for the officers, you can't vote for your representatives, you can't attend union meetings nor can you vote on the contract.

You have been told many many times that the company negotiators offered no other choice in the BK negotiations. That bloodbath is not section 6 talks Tim but you would never know that and think you got it all figured out. Keep ignoring that BK word Tim but it's not going to go away like a fart in the wind just because you don't like the smell.
And Timmy BTW you are the biggest anti unionist out there. All you want is a personal cash seat which is NEVER coming.
You keep passing on the brotherhood carnage by pointing to bankruptcy. But a careful check reveals your argument as baseless since delta and usairways were in bankrupt as well. The reality is that you went for the money bait and future pay raises at the cost of jobs.

Moving forward, i hope the new leadership at mia has a better understanding than ur boy who lost his seat.

the guy is incredibly ignorant and has no ears. Let me suggest that u and him meet so u can shut up his lies and delusions once and for all. And to make it worthwhile, call him out by showing up and having him eat crow. And for your troubles he should cough up $100 to charity if u guys meet.

But they still have to represent you and enforce the CBA or that's a DFR suit waiting to happen. I've met UAW nonmembers from the GM plant in Arlington TX (right to work) they still visit the hall and occupy the officers time and enjoy the same as the voluntary dues payers. Sadly under the RLA in a right to work state like FL it doesn't work this way.

The NLRA has nothing to do with airline employees nor that the airlines are a closed shop. Under the NLRA you don't have to join the union as a condition of employment. Under the RLA and a closed shop you have to pay what is germane to the contract.

Compare apples to apples, not oranges.

Once again you don't know what you are about.

There is a difference between a non-member than being a dues objector.

Guess you didn't read my post. I know the difference. If I work for AA as a MIA agent I will become a dues objector of 3140 and pay an agency fee (in your words "only what is germane to the CBA"). Ellis Ryan and Georgina Felix still have to represent me and treat me like any other member only I don't get to elect the officers or vote for ratification.

Josh

No they don't have to treat you like any other member they only have to give them basic representation under the contract.

How can you be so wrong again?

Have you spoken to Ellis? I did for over an hour and he told me different.

Tim you seem slightly agitated? Did someone say something that bothered you?

Tell you what. If you and I ever meet I'd like to donate $100 to helping you get a new desk. That Office Max special in your videos just isn't cutting it. Yuck.

And this has what to do with US Fleet Service?

And I have been well educated on how to represent dues objectors, have you?

And do you get aroused by name dropping?

As it's meaningless, but I guess it's your way of trying to impress people are on the boards and I have represented dues objectors, have you?

You should meet Tim WeAA. He is a very nice guy working on behalf of the membership, very smart and union savvy.
