I doubt their defense against the unlawful activity will be that i pointed out the violations due to my vendetta. Thats stupid ass shitt man. The dol only rules on the merit of the violations.

they wont offer up a defense they will file a motion to dismiss based on the fact that your protest is nothing more than a vendetta against the union for being fired, and being a sore loser they will offer up testiomony from those that know you and these and the other social media posts by you who make it clear that thats why you are doing it
