And it has to be mailed to the last known address on file, if you dont change your address with the union, tuff lucka as you say.

You done well to mention that but the problem was that the messenger was never mailed out to thousands of new members who started paying dues in march or later.

Speaking of the messenger, the official notice was illegal anyways since a union magazine can only be used if the election notice and/or title is plastered on the front or back cover or on inside cover, NOTpurposely buried right in the middle of the magazine.

Further, the dates times and meeting places in that notice chsnged for 20 locals. Some were flat out wrong even till the last day. Im going to enjoy the discussion of the messenger in my charges.

its illegal for sure. Nobody ever challenged it before. Those days are over. Under labor law a union can only use its newsletter if the election news is on cover or placed somewhere on back cover inside cover...some heads up about the election upfront. That never happened. The messenger didnt even mention the election until it was discovered buried on page 7.

just one question tim,  lets hypothetically say you secure another election  what happens if you end up losing that too?   let just hypothetically say no violations and you lose just as bad if not worse?

i was actually quite successful engaging the intl to secure a change in the nomination process that gave the members its first opportunity at an election in 100 years. Quite proud of that actually. Also, incredibly proud of exterminating canale who completely destroyed contracts. Quite proud of that i might add. Also, quite proud to have reinvented the iam organizing by pressing issues to secure real time techniques that allowed the iam to go from losing 13 elections in a row to winning.

Delaneys smooth move was to convince me to work within the union instead of outside the union. Although it didnt work out between me and delaney, ill give him points for changing my thoughts about ousting the iam. Even today i remain a strong advocate of the Association and ive given sito credit for that.
but that doesnt mean i give folks a free pass for violating rights. And they know there will always be issues when they violate my rights as well.

i have a great life so although i give my best in elections,im a terrible politician, because i dont mind losing. To be sure, i do mind losing unfairly. Im also an asshole and thats not too cool for votes. So i think its time to step aside once this election concludes, support up and comers and give them a shot, and just continue to work on building the unity with the hope of getting candidates elected who deserve a shot. Sorta like what i did in 2008. That was alot funner as i wasnt on a ballot but also able to contribute to a worthy idea.

Yeah thats the idea! I do tend to get more pissed when my rights are also violated. Time for hell raising....welcome to a rerun! Be afraid....be very very afraid.
