Then do the work. Do it better, faster and more effeciently than the outsource facility. Get off your high horse and figure out how to compete instead of beat your chest. We are Montgomery Ward competing against Walmart. We either transform or go away. If that is what you want...fine. Just don't drag those of us who are willing to compete down with you. We have no place left to hide. We stand and fight or die...very soon. This doesn't mean roll over to all of management's demands. Our sick leave is perfect example. We had some abusers out there that ALPA protected and now I am penalized for it. We run higher reserves than any other carrier.
