Why? Lately, three out of every four posts on this board seem to be all about mechanics and related.

That's a fact, based on posts from the past three days.

It almosts makes me miss the seniority integration debates...

I remember a tulsa guy starting his own message board. Kinda wish they all would have went there. Looking at the main AA page, RV4 starts and maintains about 30-40% of the topics. And all the same TWU bad: AA bad: Union GOOD, but not TWU: AMFA GOOD:

Yawwwnnn.....

My feelings also - and one of the most prolific complainers is the Treasurer of his local.

To give him the benefit of the doubt - I guess he''s trying to effect change from within . . .

And it''s not as though they are saying that the TWU only recently screwed them - they say it''s been happening for as long as they can remember.

I''m no big fan of unions (nor a strong opponent of them, either) but it must really suck when their own members hate their union and feel like they have been paying all those dues for all those years and have received no real value for them (except, of course, for the discount carnival tickets).

I see the THOUGHT POLICE are alive and well on USAVIATION.COM

Siffle, Sniffle, are you going to take your ball and go home?.........................GOOD!

Not only is the Mechanic and Related group posting more than anyone else, we are also promoting this site and signing up new members for the site also.

It is most interesting how when the undisputed, undefendable facts are posted, the whining and whimpering begins

Dont like it? Leave!

Maybe we will become large enough to earn our own AMFA @ AA Discussion Topic Placement here also. We did so on planebusiness.

Of course we could just censor the board and limit the topic and discussion to "Everything is Wonderful, and Everyone is Happy at AA", we could even meet in a chat room with web-cams and sing "Something Special in Air" together on Wednesday Evenings.

Get real! What you are reading is real people with real opinions.

Now run off and have a meeting about it, you will surely feel much better afterwards!

Got it.

If it is related to AMFA/TWU, it is real people with real opinions.

If it is people saying they''re sick of hearing about AMFA/TWU, they''re the thought police.

Hey RV4 lighten up on this AMFA thing. You are not reaching the other techs you need to, to have a vote. Most of us here like a wide range of AA or aviation related topics. You have over 1230 posts since last Aug and I''d venture to guess 90% are bashing TWU. Are you being paid by AMFA if so they are getting their money''s worth.
Plerase don''t go on about free speech and all that. I''ve been around to long for that one. Also we all know there is no such thing as free speech, especially at AA.
Good Luck in your conversion quest. I think you are preaching to wrong people. Your efforts on AMFA would be more effective on the shop floor than on a worldwide message board. Most of these readers just don''t care one way odrthe other. I could be wrong but that''s how I see it.
Again GOOD LUCK but lighten up here.

I agree with you on this. It seems a good many posters have left because this has turned into an AMFA board and very few other topics are discussed.
