Today's funniest item now you have to laugh( I ASKED TWICE BECAUSE I COULD NOT EVEN BELIEVE IT) OUR BOY MARTY and sidekick KELLY, petioning the court for the latest filing to be moved to WAKE!, He had know idea the case wasn't ripe but now they seek familiarity, yea how convienient, the laugh of the day! MM!

At this point I don't think there is any chance that UA will EVER merger with US.
...

You devoted far too much intellectual capital on something that was a joke.. but if I have to explain it to you then it went over your head.. and is past its point of ripeness. (Don't hurt yourself on this one.)

With MANY East F/A's commuting nowadays than ever, I HIGHLY DOUBT that many in the AFA East would be willing to allow ANY Pilot to take a Cabin Jumpseat before them (regardless of seniority or where You are from) since the Flight Deck jumpseat is NOT Available to them. Maybe a provision could be written 'should there be no other F/A waiting on the J/S but I still would say N-O. That's all we need is a bunch of pilot's throwing themselves into the mix and creating a BIGGER Cluster during the boarding process..........because some still don't get it............"STAY OUT of My Way!" and get that darn luggage OUT of the galley.

I should have made clear that f/a's have priority over pilots on cabin jumpseats.

If it were up to me, f/a's would not only be allowed on the flightdeck jumpseat, but be required to ride up front for an entire flight, at least once during their training.

Why would any EAST FA vote for any contract that allowed this to happen?

The next time you are non-reving with your spouse, or child, or grandchild etc..and there is only one seat left, would it not be generous of the deadheading pilot to ride on the cabin jump to get your party on?

Why would you be opposed to it? although it first appears as a benefit only the pilots enjoy, it actually can help out everyone.

OK, what the real humor is didn't MARTY and sidekick KELLY let DP OFF THE HOOK IN THE NIC with WAKE , Now they want DP to hold them to it IE DAMAGES ETC to be paid by DP if he negotiates nothing but the NIC stalling negotiations even more, time to see the light , boys RICO, you bet, eberwine connection yea, DP well nuff said! MM!

For the purpose of info , one of your WEST pilots is married to a VP of communication, check out her stock options! ( good for them) MM!What a PHX connection! And this MNGMT team says in JOHNSONS letter they want to be NEUTRAL, YEA EBERWINE CHECK OUT HER STOCK OPTIONS Alot of WEST PILOTS and upper LVL MNGMNT AT THAT WEDDING , I THINK DP WAS THERE!

The company was never "let of the hook" by anybody. The rest of your nonsensical post is unreadable and impossible to understand.

That would be nice but I don't think the FAA would allow it to happen. Not after 911. But I think they should. It would be a great experience for new hires.

One of the reasons our AFA has been opposed to this is because the jumpseat is reserved for those that are qualified to evacuate the aircraft. (type) Now before you get your knickers in a twist....this is a valid reason.

Now...on the other hand....pilots should have access too. They may not be qualified for that specific aircraft but I'd rather them having a go at the door than joe blow in case we have to evacuate the aircraft.

I'm sure this will be resolved nicely. Flight attendants first...pilots second.

NOW, this is the part that is really funny, you got Eberweine, married to webber AWA pilot plus executive VP( communication big wedding GREAT WEBSITE BTW, NOW DP I BELIEVE HE ATTENDED says he is NEUTRAL ( YEA and his lips are moving) to get a contract, in comes our boy MARTY HARPER( lets move this to WAKE,) he is familiar( but his ability to even know if a case is ripe is skued by his wanting to employ PHX attorneys at alot of peoples expense. It just makes us laugh! MM! And this isn't well figure it out aint to hard! MM!

Checked the wedding pictures, didn't see Dougie there....surprised.....

It sure is an interesting connection, not sure what capacity he served west alpa, but still interesting....

399 for a deluxe room, not a bad deal...

aaaaah... yeah. I think we all got your joke. Don't break your arm patting yourself on the back though. It wasn't THAT witty. Unless you live under a rock, you've obviously read the continuing speculation about US merging with a certain STAR partner somewhere down the road. (Which IMO is a joke in and of itself.)

The joke worked because the premise was you (allegedly in the joke ;)) gave credence to an eventual U & UAL merger (thats why you are posting feverishly to increase your LOS). I think USA320Pilot is the only one who still holds to the UCT theory for U & UAL.

No twisted knickers, we used to open every door on every a/c type during recurrent for just that reason.

MM,

You do know that it does not matter if it gets moved to Wake or not?

If judge Silver hears the suit, we will just call judge Wake as a witness

Don't forget to call Bybee to the witness stand too!

Just remember that Bybee's credibility may not be too great since he has been accused of being a... War Criminal

"Bybee is a judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, which sits in San Francisco. He is also a suspected war criminal and the author, together with John Yoo, of the most infamous legal memorandum in U.S. history, the torture memo of August 1, 2002. How can a man who might be a war criminal sit on one of the nation’s most important courts? Yale Professor Bruce Ackermann presents the case for Bybee’s impeachment..."

What ever happened to Yale? Didn't it used to be a reputable school?

PS. for 76's clarification, I don't subscribe to the Yale Professor's opinion.
