We now have stacks of these printed out and in the drawers at the counter and gates to hand out. No more waiting to print them. When someone starts complaining about things out of our control (almost everything), website, hold times, service (or lack of) being forced to use the kiosks, policies, here is the address to write to. I'm tired of apologizing for everyone else (and I know MOST of the time its not fellow employees fault either, its the situation). I advise them I am sorry I am only me and can do what I can if I can help. If not, I will do the best I can with what I have to work with and you can vent on someone who might actually be able to change things. If I were in charge many things would already be different, but since I'm not, I'll do what I can and wish you the best.bobcat said:Consumer Affairs phone number and address are being handed out left and right.
If that's what the study was commissioned to ask, then the deck was loaded.PITbull said:Lakefield stated that a study that was done asking customers what is more important, ...obtaining the cheapest fare OR better customer service with more personnel.
Of course. You're missing the point. Did they ask "are you willing to pay $5 more to reduce your wait by 20 minutes" or did they ask "are low fares more important than short lines?" The two questions look similar, but will get vastly different results from the same people.PITbull said:The very reason why it was brought up was for the mere fact that U needs to raise fares by $5 or $10 just to even provide better service and hire a few extra folks to ensure the customer's needs are met in all conditions.
