Well next week is fast approaching, Amfa claims again to have more documentation to present. Where have we heard this before?

Is that your unbiased opinion? I read the investigators preliminary report on who is eligible to vote in the mech and related, and found many many stretches for inclusion. There is no way in hell, that there is 1100 cabin cleaners. Maybe half that amount at best, preferably none. The list goes on: people that were laid off on probation have a reasonable expectation of re-employment? I don't know what she was smoking on that conclusion. I know guys that were laid off with 3 and 4 years sen that don't have a "reasonable expectation for re-hire". One could easily disqualify over 1500 names off the eligible voters list presented by the NMB investigator. There is a strong argument against their inclusion to our class and craft.

Fact is Hennesey didn't investigate squat. She took what the company said as gospel and the rest as BS. All she wanted to do is decide, and leave. After all, her one reference for fact finding was James Weel. Is Weel unbiased? NOT LIKELY!
A true investigation will expose the facts. Wheather the board is up to a true investigation is questionable.

If there is a vote, are you stating that there will be unity. You're like the kid that cries untill his mother gives him milk. "Now, now, everything OK now baby?" If the difference would have been 1 card, your loser stance would be unchanged.

And you have come to that conclusion by what sir???? What proof do you have that the list was inflated??? I will admit that the company did a piss-poor job of the original list given to the NMB but those names that did not belong there were removed. I hear that some of the AMFA cards were removed as well but you don't see us TWU supporters calling folks communists etc because of it. What I do see is a bunch of hypocrisy oozing out of the mouths of you AMFA pukes because you cannot stand the fact that AMFA lost!!! Fair and square at that!! Get over it already. You guys claim that you will start another card drive.......why don't you focus your efforts on that instead of making false accusations that make you look like and ass??!!

Class and Craft 2002
Just two years ago the class and craft was defined at 16,629 by the NMB. In the last two years the TWU has allowed layoffs of its mechanics and related class and craft without the system protection they were guaranteed by the contract. Also in the last two years many mechanics and related have chose to retire rather than accept lower pay and benefits. American had done no major hiring in the last two years yet AA, their partners-the TWU, and the NMB expect us to merely accept the fact that the numbers of the class and craft are now larger than they were in 2002 by more than two thousand. This is nothing more than the stripping of our right to elect our own representation and you are a shameful indorser of this action. I'd be ashamed to be you. The fact of the matter is that AMFA has not lost, there is fortunately an appeal process left. I see this as a chance to repair the damage left by a woman afraid of the liability of her decision and in a hurry to move on to another job. To start another drive would be premature. Besides I favor legal action.
Unlike you, I will never support the stripping of rights away from any worker no matter what the cause-I am too much of an American.

Our Nation is built on the right of the people to choose their representatives via the VOTING PROCESS.
The TWU won the election in 1945 against the Airline Mechanic's Association International. The membership VOTED and TWU won.
Of all those mechanics that VOTED in 1945, only TWO (2) remain on the master seniority list, and one of them SIGNED AN AMFA CARD!
"Only a fool would try to deny working men and women the right to join the union of their CHOICE!"
If you believed the TWU was so great and deserving our support, you would support the right of the membership to VOTE for the union OF THEIR CHOICE.

The TWU has their digs on Broadway. Sonny feels its important to have a nice office to impress people. Their performance at negotiations certainly wont do it!

Hey Bill why don't you bring your copy of the list of eligible voters by my shop and lets talk about it . I will show you what makes us think its inflated. That’s right you don't have a copy and if you did you wouldn’t investigate. It that would be to much work for you. Its a lot easer to get on here with out a clue and show your ignorance. When you have put the time in to see what over 70% of the mechanics want and what the company and twscrew is willing to do to stop them you can comment but you look like an idiot talking about it based on what you have were told by Art Luby. Come on Bill let me have you call just one relative of a deceased person who is still on the list. It’s not much fun but at least you will know the truth. If not You just keep talking #### and looking ignorant it works for AMFA either way.
