A letter from Jim Little to the membership.



On April 22, 2004 both the TWU and AMFA filed objections to the Company's
list of eligible voters. After reviewing AMFA's submission to the NMB, it is
clear that for the past year, inside managers at American Airlines have
provided AMFA with access to confidential payroll and personnel records for
our members. This explains why we have received hundreds of complaints from
individuals who never provided their home address to anyone except the
Company, but have nevertheless received several mailings from AMFA.

It is clear that access to this information originated with AA Management
and given to AMFA who used Company resources and facilities not for Company
business, but rather to assist AMFA’s organizing drive. In doing so, they
also compromised the privacy and security of thousands of AA employees

May be if the twu and the company did not over inflate the eligibililty list this would not have happened. 😱

So once again the twu spin gets put on a problem that is nopw the fault of AMFA :huh:


Get a grip Jim maybe you should find out who the managers were that released this information. This should not be hard to find out after all the twu has such a good relationship with AA I am sure they would help you in any way possible.

Funny how the TWU is claiming how AMFA obtained information illegally. Anyone who works side by side at any shop or station can obtain a posted list of individuals. Then you take that list and run it through the internet. You can search the white pages on line and find addresses and telephone numbers. You can also search the FAA data base and find information there as well. So what is the big hipe? This is the information age folks. It's all out there. You just have to know how to obtain it for FREE, yes FREE!! I don't hear guys complaining about junk mail with their name and address on it. Where do you think they got your name and address from?
So stop all your whinning and bitchin. It's over and done with.

Why else would AA supply a list and give Amfa access to confidential documents? Or in Amfa's case they will lie, cheat and steal to add cards! And a good possibility of forgery! Amfa was smart enough to let these individuals hang themselves!

You seem to keep avoiding the most important part CIO. Is the information provided ACCURATE? Is the TWU and AA trying to fraud the Federal Government? DO you really think AA or the TWU wants to take this matter into a Federal Court? It is bad enough that you have frauded the NMB. Now AA and/or the TWU want to take this matter to a public forum of Federal Court. Oh sure, I am scared the TWU is going file a Federal Complaint and come into Federal Court with un-clean hands and guilty of attempting to deny a democratic election with fraudulent material. Bring it on Pal!

Also, of note: There you go again seperating the union from the membership.

AMFA is the membership.

AMFA is the individuals who signed their name.

It is only with the TWU that the membership is something other than the union.

Exactly who is the TWU in your mind CIO? Is it you and the gang of liars? Truth is, nearly everyone of those names on the declarations are in fact TWU members. LOL
