Whle the idea of outsourcing sickens everyone, what does that have to do with the mainline aircraft running into the other aircraft....The aircraft was taxiing to the pad when it clipped the other..Surely the groundhandler was not moving the aircraft to the pad....

It is my understanding that they were in the pad where they were being marshalled into position by ground personel. You have to assume they are looking at your wingtips as they are marshalling you in.
