Existing US bankruptcy law and corporate structure were Trump's guidelines and yes people do structure their companies aside from their personal wealth,even the pizza guy down the street do this if they have half a brain.
 
He doesn't sound any less successful than our gov't has been over the last couple decades running the country, so I'd have to say your argument is quite lame at both ends.

Trump has proven he knows the art of the deal when it comes to screwing up while using other peoples money.  Investors got burned with the Donald.  Let's say that YOUR tax dollars make you an "investor" in the country.  Trumps track record has shown that he knows how to use the bankruptcy laws to screw over investors.  So he uses the laws to his favor.  Not really good.   
 
Trump most certainly has demonstrated his bigotry...starting with announcement day and his "Mexico isn't sending us their best"...then calling them rapists and drug dealers...following it with a heartfelt "there's a few that are good" comments.  
 
Finally - Way back when....when this black guy was elected president, I believe the talk was he was just a first term senator who "didn't have the experience" to run a government.  Today, Trump is the best fit for the job because he is "an outsider".  What changed?   Please don't tell me that it's a community organizer versus a successful businessman.  As has been pointed out - he's taken his companies thru bankruptcy 4 times...that isn't usually considered a sign of success.  And while he likes to pretend that he was "self made"...I seem to recall a little thing called an "inheritance" that he got.

Trump is running due to the fact that progressive socialist ideologues have ruined the Federal Gov't. and the country.

Well, if I remember correctly, Obama screwed all the secured investors in GM and what was it, Chrysler? So that's ok, but not Donald? Actually a violation of US BK law which his puppet court signed off on.
 
And the bigot issue?  He probably could have chosen his words a little better, but I don't think he's that way.These progressive socialist ideologues have you checking with an attorney everytime you want to make a comment anymore.
 
I remember Bill Clinton telling Teddy Boy, Obama woulda been serving them coffee......or playing the race card on Obama's win in N Carolina, or Dan Rather saying Obama not being able to sell watermelons, or Harry Reid claim -- a 'light-skinned' African American 'with no Negro dialect, unless he wanted to have one,'
