I would love to see the details on how that would work. So far Trump has been very short when it comes to details not only on this idea but pretty much every idea he has. Not that it matters to his supporters.

Existing US bankruptcy law and corporate structure were Trump's guidelines and yes people do structure their companies aside from their personal wealth,even the pizza guy down the street do this if they have half a brain.
