now its time for you guys to let him know how you feel. in person. quit complaining so much on these boards and go see him in person and be very candid about how you feel. and if you have ideas bring them up too. i will not be there as he already knows how i feel and we excahnge e-mails all the time so no sense in me asking him the same questions he answrs to me via his blackberry. and i am home and off. i go to work tomorrow evening to sju.

If somebody reading this attends, can you ask him what measures US has taken to ensure smooth, rapid transactions for all of the added fees?

I have stated here and on numerous boards that I'm not opposed to fees in principle: I am only opposed to the manner in which the fees impact my travel experience.

Customers should have the option of paying for all airport and onboard fees IN ADVANCE, in the initial ticket purchase stage, or at any time online. Kiosks at the airport should be able to read credit cards and collect the baggage fees.

There should be a separate "express" line at the ticket counter for people who have pre-purchased the checked baggage fees, so they do not have to stand in line behind all of the people who did not plan in advance, or think that the rules do not apply to them. I don't want to be making any transactions at the ticket counter, and I sure has heck do not want to be standing in line behind others who are.

Onboard credit card readers are long overdue. I think it is an embarrassment that they are the only U.S. carrier charging for non-alcoholic beverages, and they do not even have a cashless system (with the ability to generate a printed receipt) in place.

Make the system user-friendly or suffer the customer backlash!!!

I wonder why he isn't planning on coming to CLT.

Ya think he's afraid we'll hang him out to dry?
I think his worries are will he get out of PHL alive. Just tell the Employees at PHL that he is a Cowboy's fan.... or better yet a NY Rangers fan.

You mean like what Air Canada does with its cheapest Tango fares... Wow... What a suggestion. That would take some forethough and planning something that Tempe has never been any good at.

Bother way, will Shamblin ever re-schedule the meeting she cancelled in PHL last winter?
she has lost her creditability. She let the meeting fall to the waist side. i wonder if travis will show up in business crapual cakki's? maybe people should throw tuna burritos at him. He is the biggest enemy of the VFF. i can't wait to hear what that arrogant sob has to say.

Please.. it is all smoke and mirrors, they don't care.

etops- You know better than that, your parents didn't raise a total fool! Do you honestly think they give two rats rears what you have to say? What I or any other employee has to say? They haven't so far. Heck, they don't even care with the customer has to say! That would be wasting good gas driving and toll money listening to Travis blow hot air out of his mouth! This is to tame the troops meeting. It's all window dressing on a collapsing building. I have said my peace with the fools over and over and written it off accordingly. If I thought they gave a flying flip and actually knew how to implement it I would. I finally worked a trip that was the last straw and instead of writing it up, I started to and then it hit me! WHY BOTHER? No matter what I say or scream they don't care, don't get it, can't implement it, are too pround to admit they are clueless and are generally a bunch of airline executive wannabes. I have more important things to do with my time and you should too.
