Article II of the Constitution states that "no person except a natural born citizen . . . shall be eligible to the office of president." The problem is that the Founding Fathers never defined exactly what they meant by "natural born citizen," and the matter has never been fully tested in court.

Oh my god, his younger half sister is not sure which hospital he was born in! Call the press, call the FBI, call the NSA! You know something if you were to ask my sister which hospital I was born in she would have no idea. Just as I have no idea which hospital she was born in.

Do you know what the requirments are if you are a natural born US citizen and are applying for a passport? Your full name, the full name of your parent(s), date and place of birth, sex, date the birth record was filed, and the seal or other certification of the official custodian of such records No where does it say which hospital you were born in.

Did you actually hear her say that she witnessed his birth in a Kenyan Hospital? No you did not. What you heard was someone speaking a language you do not understand and seeing the "translation" on Youtube. For all you know she was giving directions on how to make vegetable soup.

You can assassinate Berg's character all you wish,but he has brought to light legitimate questions which many now see are valid.

In order it assassinate someones charcter they have to have one. Philip Berg does not. He's just another goofball who thinks he has it all figured out and clogs up our courts with idiotic lawsuits. A lawsuit that was dismissed by the way.

That's the issue at hand....he hasn't proven he is natural born....only a record that he was born.Thank you for providing that.

You're pretty good at attempting to disavow reports regarding this but it looks like several courts will look into this.

So I guess an official State of Hawaii birth certificate with seal is not good enough? But the ramblings and unsubstantiated accusations of a charlatan by the name of Philip Berg is good enough?

One would think there might be a passenger manifest on a ship or airline ot there somewhere. Or a record of her entering the country or record of her at a hospital to give birth. Maybe you should be asking those questions of Mr. Berg delldude instead of believing everything he says.

Put yourself in the shoes of Obama's father at the time. Your from a third world country studying in the richest country in the world. Your wife is pregnant. Do you A)Stay in the US and have your child born in a modern US hospital or B)Incure the expense and hazards of going back to Kenya. A third world country where health care is a bit hit and miss and has all kinds of diseases and parasites not found in the US.
