Do any of you remember joseph mcarcathy ? you know that guy who would go around accusing people of being commies and then make their lives hell ?

furthermore , even if he wasn't qualifed to be president due to some sort of birth certificate mishap .. at this point it would have to be covered up on national security concerns .... cerica us economy ....

The Supreme Court has already denied hearings for a number of these cases. Do you know what that means? I'm going to guess that you don't. It means they think you don't have a case. Are you going to try and make the argument that Philip Berg knows better than the Supreme Court?
I'm skirting around what now? Here's what you are skirting around.
1)None of these people have proved their accusations. All they have done is make claims without any evidence. Try doing that in a court of law and see what happens. Wait a minute....
2)The Hawaii Department of Health has confirmed that he was born in Hawaii.
3)There's a birth announcment in the Honolulu Advertiser dated 1961.
4)The courts have either dismissed the lawsuits or in the case of the Supreme Court rfused to hear them.
Now do you or your hero Philip Berg have any evidence that can dispute the first three claims? And do you have an explanation why the courts have ruled against them time after time?

If Obama was born in the U.S. , a birth certificate should be easy to produce....................................................PERIOD.....

Simply put.....why hasn't Obama taken it upon himself to comply with the Constitutional requirement?
And why all the legal maneuvering?
I just guess there's nothing to hide then....right?

Well you do seem to believe what ever Philip Berg says.
Simply put....why hasn't he or those like him produced anything that proves he was born anyplace other that Hawaii?
And whats up with that donate button on his website? Wonder how objective someone can be when they are collecting money for a certain position.

This could all be resolved easily and forthwith if NoBama would produce his records including his academic transcripts.
His insistence on ignoring this issue will only fester and his not putting this question to rest with documented public records exacerbates the issue.
If I were being defamed as much as he, I would produce solid evidence to prove my integrity and quell all future discussions.

They already produced the document ...
and secondly , do you admit that his mother was a US CITIZEN ... if you admit that she was in fact a US citizen , then how likey is it that her SON would also be a us citizen ?

What I am most impressed about is that, somehow, a Kenyan father (in Kenya) was able to see 48 years into the future to know that his "Kenyan son" was to someday run for president in the far land of the United States. And to prepare his son's way into the presidency, he had the wherewithal to call the Honolulu Advertiser in Hawaii to announce his son's birth. It is simply amazing. Nevermind getting the state of Hawaii to help out in your fraud, seeing the future like that is awesome!

Of course you are being facetious. The advantages of being a US Citizen by birth (other than being POTUS) has not changed much then as is now.
But for some reflection, I wonder how much a telephone call from Kenya to Hawaii cost at that time?

Maybe its all a ruse to hide the fact that he holds dual citizenship and therefore is ineligible to hold the office of POTUS.
How'd a US citizen travel to Pakistan in 1981 when it was illegal to do so unless they weren't a US citizen? :huh:
