While I don't agree with Bob very often, his comment about an adjustment on the final distribution was correct. If the number of eligible recipients (by station) provided by the affected Local Presidents was wrong, correct it. The Presidents should be held accountable, just fix the problem.

We did file a lawsuit over the 2003 concessions in NYC. The judge ruled in favor of the International saying they OWN the contract, NOT the members. Care to guess what the outcome will be if we file another lawsuit? You think GP will front the $$$$ to sue the International?
