Recall Rights Extended for FA's

The fact is EVERYONE should be able to make their point in a Professional way without resulting to personal attacks.

What is the point in Personal attacks ? what does it accomplish ? does it help someone make their point
of course not, it is designed to attempt to make the attacker feel superior and the attackee inferior but it really never does either one.

Why not get your point across without attacking the person who has the guts to have his OWN opinion instead of your Opinion.

When someone starts a personal attack it is very difficult not to respond that is in our nature, my suggestion is DON'T be the insecure idiot who starts the Personal attack in the first place and maybe everyone will stay Professional.

Just a suggestion.

L1011ret clearly advocates in this, and other threads, further concessions from the present flight attendant group to subsidize extended recall rights.

Apparently you are unable to read for detail. Perhaps a course in reading comprehension at your local high school would help.

Good luck with that.

Again you invent things to conform to your beliefs. Show me anywhere where I advocated "subsidize extended recall rights." I only challenged your hateful, childish attitude. AdAstra noted the same thing.

No one is asking for additional concessions or early openers. This is to address the extraordinary hardships as a result of 9-11. Federal $$s bailed the airlines out. Those furloughed have paid over $600,000,000 in "shared sacrifice". Surely this is enough to warrant a comparable extention to other groups on the property? I suggest that you take a hard look at the seniority list, starting with the first person senior to the former TWA f/as. How many do you know would be in this position right now? Would you be so willing to sacrifice their careers? This can be accomplished very easily with a NPNR LOA. (only to address the 9-11 furloughs) It also could have been taken care of by AA with a single recall of all remaining f/as in Oct. Classes to be scheduled later. These were the very junior AA casualties, so the pay card was not an issue.

We'll see. You're trying to use logic with a company that only sees dollars and cents.

The only thing hateful here is your continued petulant attitude.

You have made it clear in many threads that you see no problem in further concessions to extend recall rights. Your hypocrisy is entertaining. As usual with most bitter people, you can dish it out but you can't take it.

I guess you haven't quite figured out that you aren't a "Captain" any longer.

And everyone said there would never be a former TWA f/a recalled. I believe.

Be careful when you use the word "everyone." I never said that on here.

Nancy, I'm surprised that you would speak in such absolutes when you know that absolutes are infrequently accurate.

LOL...I stand corrected...Many said there would never be a former TWA f/a recalled...And I still believe.

You really have too much time on your hands. :bleh:

Please, do us all a favor - - go and feed the cats! :eye: :eye:

And for the record, maybe you haven't noticed, but your dime is not needed in order to get our jobs back. We are doing fine without your support!

Oh, and a quick quote from one of your previous posts:

"Deleted by moderator unnecessary comments "......... NICE !!!!!!

 You've been dissed by "your own" in private messages to me. You certainly don't represent your group very well.

We are bound to our contract.... nothing to do with not showing concern for our fellow co-workers.

Contracts are violated or changed every day.......Ever heard the phrase, "Fly now, grieve later" Also, there are LOAs signed all of the time to address between negotiation issues.
