raises comin sept 14

Could someone break down the Delta pay again. I cannot find it, Base pay, License Premiums etc.. that which we can base the 7% increase on. I understand they are basically salaried.

I am not pushing Gless just finally had a man to man conversation with him after a year & a half of him being back and shocked at how good a mechanic he is too. HATE? While it may be a strong word it's not the opposite of love, indifference is and indifference is what you should feel towards him. Since you feel hate that implies he really got to you and you never bothered to get informed. You also place sole blame on him. There were several players at the ATD & higher and he didn't agree with everything he was ultimately told to do. He answered to higher ups. At least he's a family man with decency. So many degenerates at councils and conventions doing all kinds of stuff their families wouldn't be happy about. I heard and saw him approached about the 591 thing and he walked away from the people who pitched it. Apparently after suffering massive damage after Sandy and only being back in his house weeks he got the call over the summer what Harry was up to and his family thrusted right back into chaos. None of you care of course but a natural disaster of epic proportions followed by losing your job in close proximity can't be fun. But again he walked back into JFK like it was 98. There's more to a person than the finger pointing and blame you place on them.

I am not Bobby you wish I were no one at his level would ever stoop to this level I am just so sick of listening to all this #### finally decided to say something. He is at complete peace with all he did. He feels he did his job to the best of his ability under extreme circumstances most of the time. And since not one of you were standing in his shoes nor have the balls to face him yourselves you should just shut the F up at this point. He made plenty of sacrifices too. Didn't see his kid from a baby till like 8 years old sleeping in hotels 4-5 nights a week all over the place or living in Dallas at the ATD he's lucky he never made the move there. Apparently his Italian wife kicked & screamed she wasn't leaving LI with a baby to be alone in Texas too and it would of been just like that and where would they be now? And since our headquarters were in NYC until a few years ago it worked in his favor. You want to point some fingers at self serving assholes? How about Yingst & Burchette? First firings ever at TWU. I don't know about you but if I caused an altercation in the air in first class I would of been fired upon landing. Stop with your statistics that mean nothing as our fearless leadership hasn't even opened negotiations yet. Mr. Fraternally to a senior exec at the company. Lots of class.

Funny yes, but the union should have never touched anything related to our personal compensation. The fact that they in my opinion stole a portion of our company given compensation, with the only excuse that they cash out the shares and gain a positive return on that investment? How are are they going to return it? Will there be a detailed transaction? I believe the shares were issued with seniority as part of the equation. Is the return of this invest going to be given back in the same form or is the union going to return the cash equally across the entire TWU membership?
Have last 2 or 3 days of the Chinese financial markets affected these funds?
The TWU was ordered by the Judge to withhold that money to pay the retirees should they prevail. They were also ordered to convert the shares to cash.

They were not ordered to fight the case with a portion of our equity/shares. Only once the case was in motion did the Judge have the TWU hold back a percentage to allow up to a 4% attorney fee.

My point is that they should have never been in the position for the Judge to make that decision. They should never had the shares to be able to convert them. These shares should have come directly from the company.

We are scale. 8 1/2 years years for AMT 4 1/2 years for ASM.

AMT base pay $35.93 (8 1/2 year scale)
ASM $25.81 (41/2 year scale)
Inspector $38.09 (8 1/2 year scale)
Stores $21.32 (8 1/2 year scale)
MUE $22.78 ( 8 1/2 year scale)
Lead AMT $38.09
Lead Inspector $38.96

1 license premium pay is $2.13
2 license premium pay is $4.26
Skill/license and a half premium $3.20 (welders/coneheads etc.)
Line premium is $.75

note the ASMs are Aircraft support mechanics. I think they are very comparable to your OSM.
MUE is Maintenance utility employees. Don't have them in the hangar but they are mostly cleaners (parts cleaners and aircraft cleaners) and work in the warehouse with stores. I think they have a few of them on the line and its my understanding they are basically parts go getters. I don't think the really "work" on the aircraft.

Looks like non-union Delta has decent pay and benefits without paying dues to a CompAAny union (TWu) or a Scab Union (IAm) (compared to AA and the 13 years of major concessions we have lived and suffered under for no reason except COMPAANY GREED and TWU incompetence.  With the "new" Association of 2 loser unions now in control of the beleaguered and beyond pissed off AMTs, we the Bricks in the Backpack should EASILY far surpass anti-union DELTA!!!!  Southwest TOO!!!! SHOW THAT AFL-CIO Power we hear all the time!!!

The fu**ing TWu/IAm Association had better perform this time with the RECORD BILLION$$$$ in AA profits that we don't get to share in.  Throw Down worthless ASSociation and get it done, or the AMFA cards will be flowing again very soon. Show us that AFL-CIO CLOUT!!!!

I WON'T HOLD MY BREATH......
just a note the days in bold are floating holidays. The rest are fixed

Floating holidays just get moved if you can't hold them, "premium" holidays you get two choices, work them and get double time or work them at regular pay and move them just like floating days.

and it looks like your numbers are correct.

40.94 * 0.07
2.8658 + 40.94
43.8058 - 38.7

Looks like 5.10/hr increase to go DL+7% after we get the 9/12 increase

I figure the ASS will figure out a way to screw it up. Impotent idiots.
