I agree,This shouldnt be just about Pilots but all employees who feel they are entitled to anything other than what is fair. I hear everyday "I wish I could go to work for SWA" Please..... its the employees who make the difference ...Thats our problem not the 4 or 5 differrent CEO's we have had in the past 20 plus years. One thing that hasnt changed...Some of the bad apples in our employee roster! Either work to gether or get fired...Period.... I for one am making sure that happens everytime I see an employee purposely damaging good employees efforts... Your days of ruining this airline are numbers.. Stay tuned......
Its time for a change alright but not at the top this time.... Lets start throwing away those bad apples for a change
