We know you are an employee and not part of a union. That's obvious to my dog. We are simply trying to find out which office on Mahogany Row on Rio Salado Drive you occupy. Of course you don't "think the company hinders your job or thinks less of me." You are part of the problem and oblivious to real world conditions. It's as plain as the day is long.

Due to this merger my work space is in PIT. Not part of upper management, not front line management just a run of the mill employee who knows his position in the company who does his job and does not have grand illusions of past pay and benefits coming back.

News Flash :

Anyone that works for USAirways now works for America West regardless of what is painted on the tail - Doug and Co. have seen to that.

You should be so happy instead of complaining about other unionized co-workers. We are ALL now at the industry bottom( just like AWA was all those years prior before merging with US Airways) On the other hand if you ever decide to become a pilot of flight attendant, and are hired by LCC, or eventually go on to become a dividend mile's elite (with the airline formerly known as USAIrways) - you might one day get it. But very doubtful.

You should however have a really good shot at becoming a DM Elite with LCC living in Pittsburgh. You will be buying tickets out of PIT for the unforeseeable future - just ask the thousands of employees that used to based there and in LAS...ask those people about buying tickets - they know firsthand as well.

But since you think Doug is doing such a bang up job you should be more than ecstatic just to be able to contribute back to the company, not only with your salary, but now with having to purchase tickets.

The company loves you.

I nearly lost my job due to a pilot strike. They thought they deserved more than they were actually worth. Due to their actions all my agents were laid off, and my hours were cut in half. Myself and all the other employees went through financial distress because of some greedy union pilots. And do not tell me they were doing it to improve our lives. They nearly destroyed them.

This shouldnt be just about Pilots but all employees who feel they are entitled to anything other than what is fair. I hear everyday "I wish I could go to work for SWA" Please..... its the employees who make the difference ...Thats our problem not the 4 or 5 differrent CEO's we have had in the past 20 plus years. One thing that hasnt changed...Some of the bad apples in our employee roster! Either work to gether or get fired...Period.... I for one am making sure that happens everytime I see an employee purposely damaging good employees efforts... Your days of ruining this airline are numbers.. Stay tuned......
