Next thing you know we will be paid in company script and then have to pay it back to Dave to have the honor of working here.

You all need to grow a set and stop listening to chicken little.

Clearly more than a couple people would disagree with you.

Itrade,

Yes but; I think that you'll find that those who disagree aren't the ones who will be voting on the question of concessions. As a matter of fact, I think we'll find that those who disagree would actually benefit from the termination of our positions, if not recieve bonuses for achieving it!

Therefore, there will be no vote. Management will have to run the airline with the services they have already contracted for, with the slave wages we foolishly agreed to.

usfliboi,

Under the National Railway Labor Act, a fedreal bankrupcy judge can force to open contract negotiations. He can force the Union to negotiate, and he can force the Union to bring a company proposal to the membership to vote on.

He can't force the membership to vote yes.

Therefore, IF we re-enter bankrupcy, and IF the judge reopens our contract for revision, and IF he forces a company proposal to be brought before the memberships, we still have the right by Federal Law to vote NO!!!

Lets see what they want...then we can vote yes or no.
With Southwest Jetblue and the rest coming at us faster than managment thought, granted they did screw up, but lets look and see what they can offer, or folks the end is near..and I like some of you have over 30 years, and thats in customer service, not as a pilot.

I like a lot of you don't have a big bank account to fall back on, or a college education. I know thats all my fault and its water over the bridge, but lets see what they offer and go from there.

Sure hope that concession stand is accepting applications for employment. Too many companies have gone under here in North Carolina and jobs are severely hard to come by. Unemployment (minus insurance premiums) is not enough to live on.

If you don't stand for nothing, you'll fall for ANYTHING !!! ......It will NEVER be enough !! How about requiring the "DAVES" to honor what they agreed to ???? ..How about requiring them to do their jobs ????.. No more threats, Run the Airline !!!!! GROW A BACKBONE PEOPLE !

" Yep the company kiss azzes and Dave and his cronies"

Hey 700UW, the company doesn't know who I am. But I'll bet you
make sure the union knows who YOU are. Looking for a job if
we go down? You should disqualify yourself for a conflict of interest.

My stance is this. I will not agree to more concessions with this management. Its like gambling in Vegas. You will loose your money. Management will loose our money. I expect this company will fail unless there is a new team in place.
