Your wrong. The IAM can cave into the company and start a new round of negotiations but its up to the membership as to whether they are willing give more in terms of concessions.

no i am not wrong.you have a signed contract until 2008. if you wish to reopen it i'd suggest you lobby your elected officials to reopen it.until then it is a done deal.
no IAM official can open these contracts without the rank and files ok...read your constitution.
