Pit Union Meeting

Does anyone know where they will be training us for those 10 days? And, has the company decided where the base or bases would be? We would like to know what city we should get our crash pads in????????? Will it be Pit???? Come on...give me a break Dave..how could you not know where the base will be???? It seems this whole thing is so unprofessional. I just hope it all does not turn out to be a big fat JOKE of an airline. It seems like it is pointing in that direction.

I thought USA3000 is at Carnot? Will we be sharing?
USA3000 is RENTING space off of US Airways.
They are only going to have ONE plane for their base here in Pit.
I believe they are only hiring about 25. I would think that this "renting" then would only be a temporary thing. Why would USA3000 need their own facilities for only one aircraft.

So twicebaked, who are you suppose to be. Are you a up coming supervisor, manager, or a inside flight attendant or pilot. How you know so much? You work inflight. I know you are an employee based in or live in Pit currently. How do we know to believe what you say? No offense, but you seem to know alot.

But you know what, its all good because US Airways is not going to get my hopes up this time. It would be nice for things to work out but Dave have really messed it up for me. I dont think I would be able to trust this company again.

Good luck to those that take on another challenge w/ us scareways. I think..... no, I know I will be better off w/o them.

I can verify that twice is correct about a few things. I attended an open interview with USA3000. (with the rest of the furloughed PIT F/A's) They are only hiring approx. 25 F/A's for PIT. They will only have one aircraft, to start, based out of PIT. They are also utilizing CARNOT for their traning, and have compensated US Airways for it. This information comes from USA3000. As far as MDA, as stated before, I have been unable to get any information from the company or the union regarding this. No offense to anyone but, when I have something in print, I will be sold.

To all those that have been furloughed: We hear you, don't give up.
