Union Meeting On Memorial Day?

Are you one of these who look for an excuse? If what you are saying is the truth than it was your fault not to be prepared! The contract was done over a year ago!

NMB will rule, their is insufficient interest to have an election! So decision it's a mute point! One election at the local will take place. Unless you count the election committee vote.
What does the contract have to do with Local 514 By-Laws and Membership Meeting dates?

And I remember you claiming we wouldn't file and cards were expiring also.

That explains why this happened, you and the others down at the union hall do not even know your own By-Laws.

I agree with Decision, What does this have to do with the contract?

Planning a union meeting on a holiday. You guys have entered the melt-down stage!

Continue on, your our best argument for a change in union representation.

Can you spend some more on sending us Team TWU propaganda packages?

I thought you guys said we didn't have enough cards turned in?
Are you lying or do you just like to spend our money?

I just saved this one to my file of "Famous CIO Quotes".
You will see this one again CIO, I promise. Right after the NMB
announces the vote will take place. :D

Sure 514 will have their election .

There is still $12 million there and whover is elected President will get his $140,000 plus.

However it will be an interesting situation.

If the President is from maint, and we are AMFA, can he still take a union leave of absence to be a representative of a different workgroup?

Will the company continue to pay him 40 hours pay out of the maint budget?

When Pan Am went under in 1991 the officers of Local 504 remained in place even though their Pan Am members were gone. In fact they are still there.

Hey Bobby, are you going to run for an office, and then get kicked out again?

I wouldn't be worrying about who's running for office droop E.

I don't see MCI lasting until the end of the twu concessionary contract, or even a year from now. Of course, it will be blamed on AMFA, the twu won't be here then.

Start planning your jump back into management.

THE twu IS OUT THE DOOR IN 04!!!!!
