Freedom is a difficult to explain concept to most people …. Most equate freedom with anarchy , but given the choice between oppression and anarchy most rational human beings would chose oppression ….

A kindly meant suggestion for you = Whenever anyone finds themselves to be the font of all "reason"..while many/all around them differ greatly...It's not generally indicative of all the others having "lost perspective". You may indeed be the only "sane" person on this world of 6 billion or so...but the odds do not highly favor the accuracy of any such presumption.

Is the airline industry in dire distress? = Certainly. Does that logically equate to some strange need to seek virtual enslavement, as you seem so determined to "sell"? = Not hardly. Aircraft will continue to fly passengers around as part and parcel of the transportation infrastructure.

In this industry, if I may quote one of my favorite philosophers, Rosanne RosannaDana, "it's always something".

As soon as this crisis is over, there'll be another one. Count on it.

All you can do is what's right for you. Forget about everyone and everything else. Just go to work, do a good job everyday and go home and enjoy your family.

It's how I operate. It's how you need to operate.

Now, get a handle on yourself.
