Piling on a persons personal life should be off limits

It's amazing how the same ol' people who bash the company over-and-over and cannot get over they industries secular change seem to get true joy over this.

Could someone please translate this into English?

The PHL22, were not at a company event.

Doug was, he left there as US Airways CEO, representing US Airways at the FBR and got DRUNK at a company sponsored event.

Try to spin it anyway you want, but it is not working.

no they were a union event in company uniforms

Yes. It appears that he was arrested for DUI/1st offense in Arizona. And, in the great State of Arizona, previous offenses only count if they occur within 5 preceding years, which is not the case here. Each of his prior offenses were adjudicated, and are no longer applicable.
It's time to get a life and let Mr. Parker deal with this situation on a personal and private level.

That's not how it works. If you are convicted, plead guilty and pay a fine for a mistemeanor as an adult for the same offense...it just doesn't go away in the second and third and fourth conviction. When you are an adult, offenses just don't fall off like a traffic ticket. The Dallas DUI was in a different state, however, I don't believe you can have a DUI in every state in the country and it be considered one offense. According to your post, one could shoplift and then five years later shoplift again, so on and so forth.

If there is a lawyer in the house....

.... but can one person on this board say that they have never driven a car after a couple of beers?

You bet your career I can. I won't EVER drive when I've had something to drink, it is AGAINST the law. I don't want to lose my life, license, house, and most especially hurt another human being or tell my kids to do what I say, but not as I do. That, my dear, is integrity, honor and character. Hire a car or designate a driver, it is the wiser, more mature and responsible decision.

A CEO is ALWAYS on the clock at all times, the CEO is the company and represents the company at all times and anything a CEO does either shines favorably or unfavorably on that company. Theres is simply no excuse, none. No ifs, ands or buts.

320, You're the biggest proponent of character, integrity and courage on here yet you allow this guy to get away with it by preaching empathy. No freaking way! I don't empathize with law breakers, and four times at that. It has been very apparent to me that it depends upon the person that has committed the offense as to whom you apply your empathy. If this were anyone else other than the CEO, you would be all over it. If it were one of the RC4 you would be strumming a different tune, and would ask for, no DEMAND, accountability. If you don't think so, why did you ask Walmartgreeter to out the person named Brookman on his alleged offense? AND Pointing out some alleged incident that 700UW may or may not have done at some point in his/her career. Isn't that kicking someone while their down? Interesting set of double standards you've set for yourself. That may be why so many question your credibility.

For the record I don't know Brookman, what his/her offense may or may not be or what it has to do with the Sewickley Library. I don't know 700UW, or anything pertaining to those alleged incidences which 320 mentioned, either.

I believe you are the hypocrite, period.
