Funny thing is they usually kick and scream the most when they are being escorted out the door when their number is called!! 😉 Unless of course you happen to be one of the lucky few with the golden chute, those I cannot blame as you get the $$ screw-up or not!!!

Never been dragged out the door kicking and screaming in 10+ years in management. Unlike some of the other folks in management, I actually do my job and follow through on the details.

Better yet, find an actor who bears a striking resemblance to you-know-who and have him join in the picket line in jeans, dockers and a golf shirt.

It would be great if you could all wear them on casual fridays! That would get alot of notice. Don't think that you would have another casual friday after that.
