If you received zero pay I think that legally they have to correct that a.s.a.p.
As for wrong deductions and such I do not know.

Any payroll problems are a sign of mismanagement and financial problems. You have no hope of getting your pension back.
There ARE government agencies that can "Adjust" their attitude regarding the above.
If you sit on your arse and take it then who's to blame? YOU or TEMPE?

Once, they did f*** up in my behalf but of course I told them. What happened? They gave me a letter saying that "due to an audit of your account they found an error"... I was not happy and was not even given a "Thank you" for the honesty. Next time...well look on the bright side , its not always bad , i've heard rumors that sometimes they #### up in the employees favor and give them hundreds of dollars or even thousands of dollards more than what they should get ,and because they are so incompitent they don't catch those ones .... and of course no one complains when they get an extra G .
anyone know where on the "west" checks we should see the 401k company contribution if we are not /were not in the 401k prior to merger? We were advised per the contract we fall under now that all employees regardless the company would give 3% to 401k.....Once, they did f*** up in my behalf but of course I told them. What happened? They gave me a letter saying that "due to an audit of your account they found an error"... I was not happy and was not even given a "Thank you" for the honesty. Next time...
Hi Morgan,I'm Morgan Durrant, chiming in from Corporate Communications.
We never post on this or any other message board although (as many of you have suspected), we check in from time to time to see what's on everyone's minds. Peoples' paychecks are just too important to not address directly.
Someone asked if Payroll was in cutting checks this weekend. Payroll immediately began cutting new checks on Friday and fed-exed checks Friday night to employees who didn't get them or had a direct deposit problem. Those we missed on Friday will/should be coming Monday. Payroll and the Benefits folks are also well aware of incorrect amounts deducted (or not deducted) for benefits and will work those out before the next pay period. But the big problem -- missing or incorrectly deposited paychecks -- is getting first attention.
We're really sorry but getting it solved.
Morgan,
Welcome to our dysfunctional little family!! It's nice to have you with us.
It's even nicer that you're stepping up to the plate and addressing the payroll issue promptly.
I've oft stated that the measure of a company is how it reacts when things go wrong. I hammer away at you guys quite a bit, but when you get it right I say so too. These people work damn hard to keep folks like me happy and payroll SNAFU's shouldn't happen. Even though you got it wrong you moved promptly to address the issue and I applaud that.
Just ONE small point for you to consider. US Airways former VP of Corporate Communications was named Chris Chiames! Most of us have had enough "Chiaming" to last for a while. So next post you may want to "Add your 2 cents" or some other cliche
Don't be a stranger on here. This is good!!!!
