Contacting the local labor board does no good. If you are union all they will tell you to do is file a grievance. Good luck getting paid. I'm still waiting from over a year ago.

one must wait for all avenues to be exhausted. and the company reserves one day per quarter to view grievances.

in all there seems to be a reoccuring theme... all work, no pay. wonder how much of this years earning were produced from shorting employees
