Passenger hit gate agent after being denied boarding for refusal to wear a mask.

If a passenger books a non refundable airline ticket and the airline doesn't cancel the flight, no refund should ever be given...covid or no covid. Trust me, never compromise on that or you'll open up a can of worms that'll never be closed!
 
What do refunds have to do with an agent being struck by a passenger? Start a new topic... don't hijack.
