Our Sign Paid For By Members

Evidence the TWU used in court? Looks more like something created only as a spin document. If it were truly something of significance, then you should be able to produce the exhibit list where it was entered before the court. Nice try, Chuck..... B)
Hate to bust your bubble but did you go to the town hall meetings and see the engine production numbers for the next 4 years? Not a single person asked why headcount wasnt listed with the charts. The DOL head count document was right in line with what was projected by management for engine production. Are they both wrong or both right? The only questions (whinings) asked were about bid shifts and the value placed on 3 month rotations. Ostrich comes to mind when I think of that meeting. Were you there?

If Amfa had 50%, does anyone think they would not file instead of putting up a sign in Tulsa? Give me a break, Amfa is distorting the facts again.

I see that Amfa National has to approved the sign in order to be posted and I would not be surprised if Dell and Seham footed the majority of the costs.

Hey dude if thats the case then when is the twu going to file the cards for the SW drive? The twu hasnt put up a billboard at LUV field so I guess that means they have enough cards to file for an election?

Sorry, was not there. If you were there why didn't you ask about this? I can't be in all places at all times to hold your hand....lol

I had already looked at the DOL filing and new the answer. The pres and vice pres of local 514 were there hiding in the back of the crowd and never said a word! Never even asked a question. Maybe you should have been there to hold their hand!

Now answer the question. Are management and the DOL filling both right or both wrong?

Wow, the expert on the DOL was within the crowd and failed to bring the company to their knees with a simple question. I was not there. Get that scorpion?

Keep thinking that way CIO. May is right around the corner, and yes, AMFA does have over the 50%. You are correct about AMFA approving the sign. At least it was drawn up by the organizers and approved by National. The only reason National had to approve it was to avoid any future law suits or maybe even using the sign in some sort of protest against the AMFA card drive, and we all know this will happen. Nobody currently with AMFA footed the bill. Funds were collected by the organizing committee. You see AMFA won't waste dues from members to collect cards. Maybe your eyes will open up in May when AMFA files...

getting a little testy there aren't we, losing sucks huh
Desperation is setting in. The teamsters are doing a great job at forgeries, fraudulent card collections, and their supporters posting on here. The TWU knows their a$$es are on the line come May weather AMFA or teamsters file for an election.

Not an expert just know how to read. Your leaders were there so ask them if you trust them to answer truthfully. The company is hoping retirements will balance out job losses over the next 4 years. This may not happen since we have no retiree medical and pensions are cut short.
