while I think Immigration Reform needs to be a priority for the next Congress and Obama's attempt to rule by decree may well be the right path. He still can not rule by decree. Personally I hope whoever gets elected ramps up the whole INS and triples the size in order to round up and deport as many in as short a period as is possible. WHY? To get Congress up off their collective assets and provide a level of fairness. I know common sense would be asking to much so I'd settle for fair.
