UNEMPLOYMENT UP TO 9.2%
HUGE MISS ON JOBS REPORT
"Unexpected" 18K
Expectations were 105K

Comes days after top Obama adviser Plouffe says: 'People won't vote based on the unemployment rate.'

Lowest Wall Street estimate was 60,000. Time to fire all Wall Street Economists?

Two more self-explanatory charts: the number of people not in the labor force who want a job now surged to a fresh all time high 7,124 or up by a whopping 303K, while the average duration of unemployment also is at a new record of 39.9 weeks.

ARE THEY GONNA MAKE US OUTLAWS AGAIN (James Talley)

So you never picked no peaches
You never rode no boxcar train
Never worked out on the road gang
Or slept out in the rain
But when you see a good man
Have to struggle, sweat and strain
And when a man can't feed his children
Don't it make you stop and think

Are they gonna make us outlaws again
Is that what it's comin' to my friends
Why, I think I see why Pretty Boy Floyd done the things he did
Are they gonna make us outlaws again

Well, I tell you folks there's trouble
And there's tension everywhere
And everybody's askin', where's it gonna end
But there ain't nobody answered
No, there ain't nobody dared
And I'll tell you folks there's trouble
There's trouble everywhere

Are they gonna make us outlaws again
Is that what it's comin' to my friends
Why, I think I see why Pretty Boy Floyd done the things he did
Are they gonna make us outlaws again

Well, hard times and bread lines
Ain't no sight to see
And when a man is hungry
It ain't no crazy dream
Yeah, the blues is fine for singin'
But it's mighty hard to eat
And them engines won't keep rollin'
If they ain't got that gas-i-leen

Are they gonna make us outlaws again
Is that what it's comin' to my friends
Why, I think I see why Pretty Boy Floyd done the things he did
Are they gonna make us outlaws again

Now there's always been a bottom
And there's always been a top
And someone took the orders
And someone called the shots
And someone took the beatin', Lord
And someone got the prize
Well, that may be the way it's been
But that don't mean it's right

Are they gonna make us outlaws again
Is that what it's comin' to my friends
Why, I think I see why Pretty Boy Floyd done the things he did
Are they gonna make us outlaws again

Well we are now close to 30 months in to Barack Obama's grand Keynesian economic experiment. To date it has proved to be a abject failure.

it is painfully apparent that mere charisma and smooth talk don’t “create jobs.”

President Obama’s words and deeds have been hostile towards the private sector, while at the same time he has encouraged the expansion of the government sector. Thus here we are in July of 2011, with many government employees having their compensation and benefits packages expanded, as many private sector businesses continue to eliminate jobs.

Barack Obama is a President who loathes free market for-profit enterprise while praising and expanding government bureaucracies.

I don't think it necessary to rehash the actual numbers except to restate the obvious that the economy continues to stagnate or worsen

Our current economic conditions provide a mirror image to the President’s vision. Speaking of mirrors, if Barack Obama wants to view who's at fault for his predicament he need only look in the mirror. He's reaping what he has sown, To Bad, So Sad.

Geithner on TV

“Keynesian economics

has failed”

Zerohedge

Some refreshing words from the Treasury Secretary, Tim Geithner this morning on Meet the Press. He had this to say:(15:20 into this clip)

We don’t have the ability (because of the overhang in housing and the problems in the financial sector) to engineer a stronger recovery.

Imagine that! Geithner acknowledges what I (and many others) have felt all along. The structural issues in the economy trump the government’s ability to engineer a recovery.

The Fed has taken extraordinary measures on the monetary front. Since 2009 we have had $1.2 trillion of fiscal stimulus measures as well. We have had TARP and the bailouts of Fannie and Freddie. But the evidence is clear that it has not worked. Unemployment is today near a record and the more important measure, U6, is at 16.2% (about where it was a year ago) Nothing that has been done has moved the needle.

Tim Geithner is like the rest of the ObamaCrats. Always showing up a day late and a dollar short.

Bernanke looks more and more like a Dear in the headlights. This is especially true after Dr. Paul gets done with him.

This just in on the Sparrowhawk International News Desk.

Yet another way the jack booted Thugs of Liberalism are destroying Freedom, Liberty & US Jobs. OR Which sitting President refusing to support repeal of the Patriot Act caused this?

European Union officials are speaking out against the admission that Microsoft can and will ignore EU guarantees of data privacy when it comes to fulfilling the requests of the US Patriot Act.

During last week's launch of Microsoft's Office 365 cloud-based productivity service, Gordon Frazer, managing director of Microsoft UK, admitted that Microsoft would turn over any requested data to the United States government -- no matter where int he world the user lived, no matter where in the world the data was stored.

Not only that, Frazer admitted that although "customers would be informed wherever possible", users might never know -- no prior consent was needed, and gag orders or injunctions would suffice to keep the matter a secret.

Microsoft: "In a limited number of circumstances, Microsoft may need to disclose data without your prior consent, including as needed to satisfy legal requirements, or to protect the rights or property of Microsoft."
