I and I'm sure many others do not see E-Trons responses to what is taking place as an "Anger Management" issue.
The issue is skilled middle class workers being screwed with thier pants on by both Upper Management , Replacement workers and in more and more cases the protection and Carte Blanche that leaps into and out of Chapter 11 are giving greedy CEO's and the alike.
NW like many others have failed in the business of doing business...this is hardly the fault of those whom they are charged with leading.
US , UA and soon to be NW and possibly DL are all spending Billions to prepare themselves to do more to the combined labor forces....where as they should be using this mney and effort to correct the actual problems that hinder thier collective ablities to show a profit.
In short...the money to train workers in advance of a strike? Please...NW wanted this strike and they invested in it well in advance to insure it.
Frankly...how would you feel if your company was investing in putting you out to pasture..when they only thing you are guilty of is being a hard working and long serving employee?
