I hope all TULSA boys are aware that the TWU is working with management to get the STL people system protection! MCI will also get thisprotection.

In the event that MCI close, you may see some hefty bumping into TULSA.

What is the "source" of this claim?

Kasher Dispute Resolution #20 ????????

Which is of course does not exist as yet.....

Can you show some documentation to support this position?

The TWU is looking to swing a deal with AA to give system protection for STL and subsequently MCI. If JIM LITTLE can pull this off he can say to those ex-TWA MIC and STLers, "LOOK WHAT I GOT FOR YOU, PLEASE DON'T VOTE AMFA."

The bottom line is he thinks he can buy all those MCI and STL votes to stay with the TWU.

As we have learned, Little has supreme authorty! If he can swing a deal with AA, this does not have to go back to Kasher.

Again, you are so bent on attacking me, I don't recall accusing TWAers of anything underhanded. The point of this topic is to expose the cozy relationship between TWU and AA. Plain and simple!

So the solution it would seem, would be to keep all three bases open! Right! As for system protection! Didn't we take as big a hit on wages, etc.,as you? Why shouldn't we be afforded the same protection as you? Isn't that a double standard???

TWA mechanics were making less than AAers when the purchase occured. You received more in terms of an increase. With the paycut, AA mechanics are getting around $30.00 an hour. What were you making on 4/9/01?

Shouldn't you be posing that question to your buddy Kasher?

That's anchient history Hopeful! This has nothing to do with the purchase of TWA, and everything to do with the Concessions that "WE ALL" as A.A.employees gave to the company!! What was the term? "Share the pain!"

Good try Hopeful but that rumor has been dispelled in TUL. Kasher has ruled on this already.

And we also had a labor agreement that wasn't amendable until 2004?
But somehow in 2003, with that agreement in place, we took a 17.5% Paycut plus lost many benefits and workrules.

I believe that the Kasher decsion is amendable. If it were not, then there would not be 19 Dispute Resolutions.
