We tried the jobs for money and now we are all older, so maybe we should try the Money since reductions in manpower are part of the industry.

Better to come back to a high paying JOB than to think about coming back to a job and having to still work at the job you had while on LAYOFF>

The difference  might be close to 1billion dollars more per year for our salaries(thats pretty expensive goodwill isnt it) dont forget EVERY employee group gets the new rate. He's running a business, why dont you buy a business and pay your employees more than your competitor's employees and see how long you last
Ok I don't really believe you are who you claim to be? I'm done with this exercise but I'll assume you'll continue to follow me on every thread I post on to try and instill your managerial counterpoints.

I'll just try to restrain from responding to you any longer.

I'm older as well now too. I'm not necessarily saying that I disagree with you. But in my group it could be that the less of us there are, the easier it "could" be to replace us all in the future.

I like just a little bit of balance for Fleet.

But just to add if the price of getting every job we ever performed back meant complete stagnation in my wages. I would vote no.

I don't understand all the negativity towards delta +7%, that is what Doug offered and that is what we will get not less not more. If AA can make the 10,000 pilots the highest paid, and the 14,000 FAs the highest paid, certianly AA can afford to pay us. Lets not forget that Doug just GAVE the FAs $81m in compensation that he didn't have to.

If we accept anything less, that's our fault or the unions.

Just because i dont share the same opinion as you or I dont go along with you agenda im not who I say I am. Im computer illiterate otherwise send you a copy of seniority list. You worked at LGA in the 90s well I was basically at the AMF those years on the PM shift. AA had the last two bays, the main guy down there was a guy named AL he looked like he might have a drink now and then. it is your prerogative not to respond

By now most of you should of seen the New Delta pay scale. Do the calculations from where we are to that point, and ask your self if you feel AA will give us the amount you calculate?

Here are some numbers to consider...

Combined UAL has 8000 mechanics with 700 aircraft numbers came (from UAL AMT)

Delta has 5900 mechanics this came from a brother of an MIA AMT. (who wks at Delta)

We have approx what 13k do you think if they pay us Delta wages they are going to keep us ALL?

Lets Hope there is a Early OUT Package....
There not going to keep that many either way so let's go for pay and benefits this time around no more consesions for the lie the twu tells Tulsa there saving jobs we all know how that goes the jobs went and we took consesions
