Hard to believe you're an AMT. Most of us didn't go through the trouble of getting an A&P, to get lumped into a industrial union and essentially used as leverage to boost the wages (at our expense) of the non skilled represented as well. I have put up with - going on 28 years of that collectivism! No more hidden negotiations - with filtered, ambiguous updates. Leave our pension alone! You can keep that BS dues rate of 2 1/2 X pay as well.

What I wouldn't give to go backwards 10 years!!! More pay, more Vacation, More Holidays, more sick time, cheaper Health care, a pension, better work rules.
