JCBA Negotiations and updates for AA Fleet

So much for Gary putting Doug on notice to schedule more meetings and get it done.

Not to say that this will be the situation with us but do you recall the CWA PSA announcement when they got their TA?

They had written doom and gloom and that there wasn’t a chance in hell for a TA any time soon, and then BAM suddenly they had a TA.

And yes I do realize it was a different set of circumstances but?

Thank you for your honest assessment here. Imo judging by the remaining articles I'm feeling like a deal by the end of 2018 might be 5%. Would it be ok with you if I shared this post with the unofficial TWU 513 Facebook page?

Steve I heard from others now what Fa had to say on the equity distribution. Did he give you his opinion on the Negotiations? I hope he did.

josh if memory serves I do believe at a few times 700 did say he was an employee for number of yrs plus union representative at various levels

as for the interline thing to run bags from AA to EL AL that would be an AA FSA agent doing that Not sure how long ago EL AL restarted MIA but is it year round??

Robbed my understanding 700 worked for US, not AA and apparently was engaged with the IAM in various capacities.

El Al started today and is year round service on the 777. El Al pulled out in October 2008 with a 767-200ER, due to the fuel price run-up, subsequent downturn, and then Israel being rated category 2 barred El Al from starting new routes until 2012. In 2015 BOS came back online with 767-300ER, the 763 doesn’t have the range for MIA and was not possible until the 777 fleet had some slack with the new 787s going to HKG, LHR and EWR.

Aside from the usual doing their best, not settling for substandard it was pretty much rinse and repeat

And Josh my understanding is you have NEVER worked with us or any Airline at all. (Of course I don’t buy it as you well know)

So what’s your real story Rory?

Not happening! In 9 months, the company will trigger section 6. Then you can scrap all 38 TA's and we can start at 'go' again. A TA will necessarily have to happen before then and hopefully the IAM leaders finally learn from the errors of their way and make management the enemy instead of the TWU, and join in the picketing like all good union men and women do.

#1 Aren’t you the same guy who said that it was a done deal? Integrity stands at ZERO.

#2 I’d love to make a one thousand dollar bet against all the hoqwash you just wrote.

Sito is stalling. I already told you the specifics as well. Not sure why you are talking about this? They won't be coming out with any TA until after elections since the AIG gave up LUS health care. That will necessarily stall any TA until, at least, June. But you already know that I thought??? Oh yea, you don't think politics comes into play, yet it was the main course in CB's fraud email where he bust me for saying the truth, the truth that he quite honestly may not even know.

Pretty much the only way you will get a TA that favors LAA and gives LUS a cost neutral TA will be if my slate doesn't get 4 nominaitons in January. In that case, the District Officers will be in for 4 more years and will have no problem bringing out the TA that gives up our health care.

And, our LUS negotiators really don't mind. Although they claim the "meat and potatoes" articles haven't been touched yet, they really just want to extend the "Beef and Bourbon" Tour.

One day, you will realize Weez that the IAM is all about politics when it should be about members, like I am.

You know sometimes your BS is very tiring man. You lie so much that no one can ever believe you.

You’re the boy who cried Wolf. And I still don’t believe the Wolf is at the door.

$1000.00 wager against your BS?

PSA Negotiating started going fast went CWA/IBT staff negotiators started giving every thing away
