Tim are these changes in response to the success of your efforts at 141 and the efforts of other districts like 751 to bring on new leadership and accountability?

Josh

Don’t you think all of this nonsense to support Tim would be better served in his Facebook group page where he collects peeps like a fat Friday’s server collects Flair?

Too little foot traffic here for what Timmy needs JMO.

Weez why didn’t you come say hi yesterday at D21?

Josh

So Weez you agree with the premise that the structural changes the IAM has flirted with are response to activism at the district level?

Josh

I’m not an IAM member. And don’t care about any of their internal District Politics honestly.

And you aren’t a member of 507 either yet you keep dabbling in BOS affairs and mentioning TH by name, seems like a cop out answer Weez.

Josh

idk Weez I think you should have went you may have gotten a reach around out of it ...lol

Tim,
It seems the IAM is increasingly delegating more duties and responsibilities to the Grand Lodge instead of the requisite district lodge. Why is Sito the IAM’s Representative on the UCH board and not Klemm? Sito has never worked for UA or under the UA agreement, in the past Canale, Delaney, etc were the IAM’s representative. Back when the IAM had a special class of TWA stock wasn’t Bill O’Driscoll of DL 142 (Kansas City) their Director? Just seems bizarre all of a sudden they’re going away from the district structure. As I’ve said before I’ve never understood why the IAM has a three tiered structure and not simply an international and local affiliates like most other unions.

Read the IAM journal they bragged how they organized United ground services when they should have been fighting for those jobs to the mainline. A complete conflict of interest. I'm glad I'm going to be TWU they don't do that BS....... wait what about Envoy?

Other than after BK in ~30 stations when did Envoy (formerly American Eagle) assume covered TWU American Airlines work?

This new approach by the IAM is different, they’re changing up the organizations structure. They’ve long had ZW people take work formerly performed by mainline UA and formerly NW, 700 even made a point to mention that ZW was DL 142, while UA is 141 and NW was part of (the now defunct) DL 143.

Before you go there. TWU dues 2 times hourly rate.

Envoy $15 TOS = $30 dues per month.
AA $30 TOS = $60 dues per month.

Although the Union must legally and morally should support all equally, who financially would you prefer to grow? And AE Envoy Ramp I believe is shrinking.

You did your part helping bring on an Eulen guy Weez.

Not sure how many Stations were lost because of the Bankruptcy Negotiations but I don’t recall anywhere near 30 closing.

Oh and Josh have you ever in your employment had a Bankruptcy gun held to your head? It's not fun let me tell you. All the chambers are loaded and if you make one false move the Company will absolutely fire and splatter your brains on the back wall.

One more time. Have you ever had any personal experience with Bankruptcy Laws that caused you any personal harm?

And you keep detailed notes and files on people don’t you.

Highly managerial of you I must say.

But management still made the subjective, arbitrary decision to say “yes” to this supposed individual against hundreds of others that would gladly sweat and throw bags at Wilcox Field for $9/hr or whatever bottom of the scale was when he was hired. (Before the act of benevolence of mid contract increases)
