We have had more qualified members on the ballot than those in office now. The team isn't fully put together now but we have 37 spots and we have time to make sure the best candidates are chosen at each location. The district has a lot of flakes right now, but more importantly, management shills like Fairbanks. He is just awful and may be the main reason why things have deteriorated on our part time issues. CB doesn't stand up to him but he should.
At any rate, CB doesn't have to answer me. He should because he represents me, and I'm paying his salary. But he refuses to answer my questions, i.e., exactly how is he fighting if he supports Parker's opinion that a union shouldn't be picketing? Members wanna know.
And why does he stand down on the back to back language and support the back to back to back language? Members wanna know. He hasn't fought this. I know he said he did, but stomping feet and having his finger up his butt listening to Fairbanks or some other manager isn't fighting. If I have to, I'll give CB a few grand to arbitrate it. I'm sure if CB arbitrates it, and actually does his research and bring in testimony, it would be won. But, like any arbitration, it requires research.
