On the TWU side, if they changed the manner in which PTers are handled for OT or if they eliminated the language for the PT Floor or if they allow shifts of less than 4 hours and/or if they remove the language of not having to part-time shifts back to back within a 9 hour window, then it would be a major concession on our part and a drastic change in culture.

The hardest hit station, on the TWU side, under any of those changes could be MIA.

Shifts less than 4 hrs would be hard to fill. The back to back PTers would be a major concession and an absolute no vote for me

Well, it's one of a couple of three things, all rumors...You will no longer be able to view your paychecks in epays, you must guess what you made (concession). They are doing away with Direct Deposit and will send you a check directly
(an industry leading win for the Association). Or, they are outsourcing epays and all our money related matters, something of course Bob thinks the company must do to stay competitive... :)
Good one!

LUS health care------GONE!

On the LAA side, it's not a PT cap; it's a PT Floor.

how many times do I need to explain LUS ot??? sheesh

pt signs up for pt
ft signs up for ft
cc signs up for cc
pt doesnt get call for anything but pt till ft or c list is exhausted
christ how hard is this to understand

Bob what if youre wrong? I can see the company doing away with deicing but again why should the union give anything away in a time when the company is making BILLIONS in profits

I feel catering may be gone and I hope not bec to me that is a concession if deicing is gone concession shift swaps I seriously doubt will go away scope shall be using LUS and enhanced further

What changes would you not like?
I'm not sure if there are any changes that would bother me. I only ask because I hear it would affect
the commuters more than anything. Why do you ask?

The difference is that in LAA, a FTer is called before a PTer to cover any opening, including PT vacancy or opening.

The PTer can get extended only if the FT list has been completely exhausted.

Would this cause an uproar among the ranks
