So it would seem I'm better off chopping my sick days down as I get closer to retirement I'm at the max now so I'm actually losing days every year on the other hand I'm glad I never really needed to use them

Ok seriously pull back up ALL the documents you can find online about this Association and show me where they used those two words you wrote? I think you're living in a fantasy world that you need to break out of. So again FIND those two words "PROMISED and GUARANTEED"

If I remember correctly and I'm not even going to look it up again (Burden of proof on you swamt) the wording went something like this.

The Association would push for TWU members to be included in the IAMPF and if not, the TWU would support the continuation of the IAMPF for current IAM members.

The wording I remember was
"PUSH FOR and SUPPORT" not
"PROMISED and GUARANTEED"

"Made available" is a Salesmans pitch. It's a psychological lure to make you feel like you're getting something that very few others have and that you're special.
