I'm referring to overall language. How the Articles are put together.
I really don't know, NYer. I guess in totality and knowing the TWU carries the vote, I would GUESS it would be the TWU.

I wonder if C.B or P.rez will be back they were ostracized and their words were spun out of control to fit someones agenda. I wouldn't it's not worth it
Let them come back either vouch for or shoot down Tim's bold comment.

If I'm just guessing, IAM excluding medical (closer to ours) Stations (closer to ours).
How about your medical and stations closer to ours. Not you AANOTOK and not most of the folks on this site but there really is a AArogance out there. You just don't see it

I wouldn't disagree with that, Al. We no doubt have that and spoiled spoiled employee's imo.

Right or wrong, if it were ever sent out for a vote, with decent enhancements, medical would not be an automatic no vote in my opinion.

We may be the ones who are not being fair about their medical? Yes costs can be given in other areas to make up for the increases BUT the IAM side could take the loss personally.

Remember they fought very hard to keep it through BK and even to their standalone CBA.

Maybe at least here on Forums we shouldn't be so dismissive about it?

W, I agree with you 100%...any person would hope they keep it, that would be great to us as well.
It's not a want, it's an opinion. And, I cast one ballot.

Something ,someone is going to have to give . How long does it go. I doubt ant TWU will vote no if given the current medical a raise some holidays etc. Can anyone force a contract to be put out

Why are they a "problem"
The TWU Intl isnt the problem. I assume it has to do with structure. Dunno.
If i had to say, i dont think they are giving weight to lus healthcare. If they continue being blockheads then THEY will be to blame of screwing their members. They just dont listen imo but i can assure you that they will feel great pain from their members if they dont learn from their miscalculations. See ya in section 6.

And it doesnt help this stall with weassles also miscalculating. Him and other twu members online need to finally "fess up" about lus medical. So sad!

TIM Weez and most TWU on here seem to be on our side with the medical

What do you mean "fess up" there Junior? You're the guy who has the Wikileaks in that room and the blinking red Bat phone to Sito.

What was in that Company proposal Tim? C'mon spill the Fava's. Here I'll help you.

Medical?
Wages?
Retirement?
Stations?
Scope?
Jobs?
Holidays?
Vacation?

What do you know there Warwick Davis?

If the NC can get an industry leading deal which we deserve, it will be a good conclusion. How it is put together is bound to have some disappointment for each group. The LUS healthcare is great if all can get it. Is the LUS healthcare tops in the industry? I don't know. What about the station staffing? LAA is still on a bankruptcy deal so management uses this in negotiations. This management seems to not want to take care of people under the wings. They could have done it much cheaper a long time ago. As for healthcare, most people I know are not even aware of LUS health costs. They just want an industry leading deal. I don't see how the LUS people could be really upset with an industry leading deal.
