I flew through there fri and got to speak to one of your guys we were comparing things this is an issue we both have

At one point people were actually locking their carts to their tugs. They bought the wrong equipment with that spending spree.

DFW has electric tugs, I like them but the autoshop never does anything with them until it breaks down. They are old, I'm guessing but they need new batteries.

I found this cable gun lock at Cabela's that works perfect! Bag room guys come by and just take freight carts and stockpile them, never using more than 3 a day, or filling it with more than 15 bags.
