I was hired in LAS, and spent 6.5 years worse off than you. Every GM we got said the same chit, we are going to get more work like BA and others to add to head count, but nothing. I transferred to DFW in 8/2014, and yes it is the land of milk and honey. To all the other smaller stations, buckle up butter cup it's only going to get worse. The year I left LAS, we had 27 mainline and 87 clerks and out of the 87, 8 were crew chiefs, I think. Sorry if I don't seem sympathetic.

Bob you're starting to become a real Doosh again. What business is any of this of yours?

What's your purpose for wanting to be the other D word?

No for awhile there you were becoming kind of cool. But you're now sinking very fast.
Leave him alone he has a hangover from drinking a 6 pack of near-beer at the strip club last night. He was supposed to drive one of the girls home but she left with someone else who happened to have an illegal white powder

Well if he keeps it up I'm going to post the mug shot where his hair is all messed up and he has drool running down his mouth.

Bob. I'm not asking for sympathy from you or anyone. I'm straight up telling you reality of our current situation. 2nd..our OT is typically DNC or NCA. Daily it's 9 plus open lines with no one taking any. 3rd. When OT is given the admin cuts the hours sometimes as much as 5 hrs off. So why bother doing It? And 4th when mgmt asks for help n no one does help they act stunned n shocked. They often know in advance bout our short staffing issues yet clowns like you are not here to see the reality of our current situation.
