What's wrong with you man? I mean seriously? I know EXACTLY what they were making but what part of I don't give a (whoop) are you not getting?

BTW I was just talking to one of the TWU Presidents (maybe yours) and told him about your days long tirade and he said to relay this message to you.

"God has you exactly where he wants you to be"

No joke.

there's nothing wrong with me. what is wrong with you? dismissing labor issues on an airline forum (after you telling us you want to be a union exec.), trying to portray people as angry because you don't have a dog in the race, throwing out strawman arguments (kashner) and imaginary smokescreen characters when you're done with an issue.

you seem to be a name-dropper. that's fine, doesn't change anything.

i told you to tell us how much legacy us air's wages have jumped since the merger, because you always throw out how much aa's wages have gone up...to dismiss legacy aa posters who claim that the benefits of the merger have been better for the us air fscs.

i agree with them. toss in the seniority, it's been great for them.

2 quotes down, you now bolster our argument. thanks.

It's easy enough to find out but where you are trying to go with it is useless. Lets say we all benefited from the merger.

where i was trying to go was to show that the wage argument is a poor argument to claim that we have benefited equally. overall, i agree with you. we have all benefited. i think it will only get better.

Since the merger was announced I've gotten around in the 40% range for raises and you've gotten around 50%

Yes we ALL have benefitted from the merger.

exactly, 2 truisms.

- we have all benefited.
- legacy us air have benefited a bit more. it's ok to say it.

Of course they benefitted a bit more. So what!!! Why does that bother you? What's with you and the competition schtick?

And no I don't care about the two years you lost over 25 years ago that you've been grasping at straws hoping to get back for all this time. I wasn't even in AA 25 years ago.

I don't care who got what, when, where and why.

And I really don't care about wasting my time with this conversation. Go through the process. File your protest with the Arbitrator and wait for the response telling you again that nothing's going to change.

Otherwise I don't know who you're looking to bother about this on Forums? I'm certainly not changing my mind and you're not going to change my mind either.

And who the hell said I wanted to be a Union exec either BTW? I've run for a few tiny positions yes. But if I had won it doesn't mean I'm going to kiss your ass and tell you you're right just to make you feel good.

I hate baby kissing and ass kissing Politicians anyway. The truth hurts and life is loaded up with disappointments you can either live with or tough crap cause they ain't going away and they ain't gonna stop coming at you either.

Too many people out there really should be carrying tissue boxes in their bags.

Conrad is in DCA since October we are over staffed per bob he must be in corporate but in reality we are far short and do everything

Robbed you should be working much harder than I do because you being with US have benefitted more from this merger than I have.

As a matter of fact since you have benefitted more than me if you ever come to MIA and we work together you are going to be required to perform more work on flights than me too.

You're going to have to offload both bellies and load the belly that has the most amount of bags and I'll load the one that the CC is putting the least bags in. Oh and you have to walk every wing too.

By the percentage of my gains to your gains I'd have to say that's fair? Wouldn't you say the same?

Do you know if our hourly rate is done or is there a possibility it will go up . Delta is going to $30.15 in Apr will we get 1% more ?

It all depends on what's negotiated but the original line was Delta plus 7%. It was Delta plus 7 because they had Profit Sharing and we didn't.

When Parker capitulated to give us PS it was reduced to Delta plus 3% because Delta was getting 10% in PS and we were getting 5%

Now we went up UAL plus 1% to cover the .30 Longevity on the TWU side. So at least I felt there was another 2% sitting out there for that PS piece.

I still say now because of what's coming to Delta in April that we could be back to at least the old Delta plus 3% line?

We'll see?

There is a 2.1% bump in September, unless there is a JCBA before then.

I'm assuming that you were inquiring on an opinion of the current negotiations and not the September wage increase which was publicly displayed in the pay progression charts announcing the UAL plus 1% agreement between the Company and the Association.

Good point the company could save some money if they waited to September. They could incorporate that 2.1% in with the 3% Weez is talking about so all they would really be doing is giving us a 0.9% raise, very clever.

Correct, I was

Al no matter what we eventually end up with there will always be an eventual leapfrog above us in another airline at some time.

I doubt the company is thinking at all about that dogs tail and are far more concerned about costs associated with productivity than the tangible front line wage view IMO.
