It's just wrong to negotiate an agreement where you don't have to work but get paid and benefits

No Weez absolutely LUS passenger service is paying what I'm paying their medical will be decide later which probably means going to AA like the managers and FAs and pilots. I don't know what rate they are paying though. I think I'm paying 85 every 2 weeks for a single top plan but I'd have to check but I'm too lazy

I "think" they "had" the same plan that Tom Regan was able to find for you guys? And it's not open ended in their new contract like some agents were screaming bloody murder about. I believe starting next year they have a cap of 20% of the total costs? But they do have a cap on medical payments.

Yea I just looked. Thought it used to be in College Point? But we're going back 20 years ago. I could be wrong and maybe they were always there?

The expertise might be more in the actual negotiating strategy not the contract

He doesnt understand. Everyone in business use professions with the negotiation skillset strategies. Our union is one of a few who claim we dont need professionals because their agcs and local presidents will "fix it'.
Obviously, our contracts do not support weassles support of using non professionals who are mostly highly uneducated as well. Weassles prolly knows this but he supports the establishment with iam because they accept his calls im sure and make him feel important.
