the latest jcba update our ASS is complaining because the co. is not doing what was agreed. I think the Co is doing what was agreed. we never saw anything in writing on specifics  the only thing we had to bargain with we gave away and now are crying fowl. What a bunch of idiots.

Kind of like the company getting a concessionary contract right before filing bankruptcy because of UNION scare tactics.

Lets see if the TWU files a lawsuit over a major breach of its agreement if the company makes all lus flight crossover to laa flights without recognizing such flights under the twu agreement. It should force many twu stations to open. The company should be forced to sign a new jcba prior to doin this.

This negotiation committee does exactly what Sito tells them as they lack any serious ability to think or research on their own. Thats why they put out an update saying they stand shoulder to shoulder with eachother instead of with the members.

The bottom line is that our management really doesnt respect or even bother with these Sito pollyannas. Sito is tied with management in his pact to horde in more iampf members.
If he wasnt, he wouldnt tell the TWU to continue standing down. Look, the twu members have been getting cornholed since the beginning and only NYer has admitted it. Now, a total pissing on the TWU scope is set for October when the company makes all flights laa and just steps all over the scope.

AA threw some money our way to make us complacent and to shut us up for a while.  In the mean time they are low-balling and refusing to respond to many items such as vacation and holidays.  Also apparently our union leaders don't know that United has topped out at 7 weeks of vacation for years as they are acting like that is a new thing for them.  This fight is the most important in our careers and we need to stay focused.  Spread the word to your coworkers and let them know we need to keep our eye on the prize.  We also need to pressure our union reps to do what we pay them for.   You guys stay on point on this thread and I wish my fellow AMTs would do that.  We need to stick together now more than ever.  Let's keep up the fight!

I have been saying this for a while. However, when i say it I get reds and contempt.
 
Some of these fools actually think because they got a raise the Association had a "win".

You of all people should know this was probably addressed when they threw us the money. I wonder if the negotiators are just going through the motions if Sito and the company already know what will be in the TA. Perhaps they are just waiting for the arbitrator to give his opinion on the AMT's seniority
